Is it required to make an appointment?

We require you to make an appointment, especially if you request a certain time or therapist. We do accept walk-ins, as available. Demand for appointments can be expected to be high on weekdays and around holidays.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?

There are multiple ways to check what treatment will work the best for you. You can take a look at our treatments, fill in the contact form or give us a call. Our crew will help you plan the perfect massage & treatment experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

Do I need to discuss health or mental conditions?

Honesty between therapist and client will result in the best treatment. Before your treatment, you will fill out a pre-massage questioner or may get consultation right before your appointment time starts. Be sure to allow time to fill it out before your appointment time.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

We advise you to remove all jewellery prior to your appointment start and place them to a place, where you will not forget before you leave. The jewellery will get in the way of you having an effective treatment. We are not responsible for the loss or any damage to your jewellery.

Why do I need to take X-RAY or MRT along with me?

There are multiple ways to check what treatment will work the best for you. Overall the best treatment comes, when we can see your current health situation, so it is not mandatory but advised to bring your X-Ray or MRT. Our crew will help you plan suitable treatment, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.   P.S It would be good if X-RAY or MRT will be not older than 6-18 months.

What about payment methods?

It is possible to pay by cash, card & bills with transfer on bank account.

I fell sick & or something urgent happened, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that, but if so, please contact us via (+372) 6660010 as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you.

Why should I give my telephone number?

We confirm appointments in our system and send reminders 24h in advance. Sometimes we do send reminders 1h before appoinment. In most cases it happens, that friends or relatives book time for others whom they know.  But if anything urgent happens, this is the fastest method to inform you of changes.

In which cases may I get refused from massage and treatment?

In case you are pregnant be ready to face questions on how many days/weeks/months you currently are since it may have influence on baby’s development. Also we may refuse to those clients, who have malignant (cancerous) tumors that may act aggressive & rapidly spread to other parts of the body.
